Private, Faith-Based Coaching for Weary, High-Capacity Moms

Confidential 1:1 Coaching for Moms Who Can’t Fall Apart in Public

If you’re a mom in ministry, a pastor’s wife, or the woman everyone leans on—but inside you’re overwhelmed, resentful, and close to your limit—this is your quiet place to be honest, heal, and rebuild with God.

You don’t need more “just be grateful” advice or verses thrown at your pain.

You need a safe, anonymous space to tell the truth, process what’s really going on, and learn practical, Christ‑centered tools that actually work in the middle of real‑life chaos.

This is for you if...

You’re a woman who loves Jesus and loves her family, but:

  • You feel like you’re carrying the emotional, spiritual, and practical weight of your home almost entirely on your own.
  • You’re the one people come to for support, but when you look in the mirror you barely recognize the woman staring back.
  • You find yourself reacting—snapping, shutting down, or withdrawing—and afterwards you feel a deep heaviness about how it went.
  • You see patterns in your marriage and family that look a lot like the dysfunction you grew up with, and it scares you.
  • You long to talk honestly about what’s happening, but sharing with women at church or in your community does not feel safe.
  • You’re desperate for someone who understands both the spiritual battle and the emotional reality you’re living in day after day.

And on top of that, you need privacy.
You can’t risk your struggles becoming someone else’s story. You need a quiet, confidential space with someone outside your immediate world who truly gets it.

If that sounds like you, you are exactly who I created this coaching for.

What We’ll Do Together in Private Coaching

This isn’t surface‑level “self‑care.” This is deep, Christ‑centered heart work on three levels:

1. Stabilize your inner world

First, we create some breathing room on the inside so you’re not living in constant overload.

  • Simple “in‑the‑moment” tools to de‑escalate anger and overwhelm in under 10 minutes
  • Support to reduce the frequency and intensity of emotional blow‑ups and shutdowns
  • Practices that help your mind slow down and your body relax so you can think clearly again

2. Heal what’s underneath the reactions

Your reactions have roots. We’ll gently and intentionally explore them—at a pace that feels honoring to you.

  • Identify patterns and triggers that keep pulling you into the same conflicts
  • Look at family‑of‑origin dynamics and past wounds that still shape how you respond today
  • Address resentment, disappointment, and fear in your marriage and motherhood
  • Invite God into places you’ve tried to manage alone for years

3. Build the family and legacy you actually want

As you become more grounded inside, we’ll shift into building forward with intention.

  • Clarify a God‑honoring vision for your home, marriage, and children
  • Create simple, doable rhythms and boundaries that support peace and connection
  • Learn how to lead in your home without slipping into martyrdom or constant frustration
  • Begin breaking generational patterns so your children can walk in greater freedom

Motherhood isn’t for cowards.
This work will ask you to put your big girl pants on—but you won’t be doing it alone.

Why Private, Confidential Coaching?

Community is beautiful, but not every story belongs in a group.

If you’re a pastor’s wife, in ministry, or simply the “strong one” in your circle, you may:

  • Feel pressure to look like you have it together at all times
  • Worry that if you share honestly, it could affect your husband’s role or your family’s reputation
  • Notice that even in women’s groups, you’re still filtering and guarding your words
  • Have learned to minimize your pain so you don’t make others uncomfortable

That’s why this 1:1 coaching space is intentionally:

  • Private – Sessions are held via secure video, and you decide where you are and who knows.
  • Confidential – I’m not in your church or local circle, and I hold your story with care.
  • Judgment‑free – You can say the hard things you’re afraid to voice anywhere else.
  • Rooted in Christ – We’ll use biblical truth and practical tools, not shame or performance.

You get one place in your week where you don’t have to be “on.”

Who I Am & Why I Care So Deeply About This

I didn’t become a coach because motherhood was easy for me.
I became a coach because it nearly broke me.

I’ve walked through:

  • Years of mental and emotional turmoil, including a season of demonic oppression
  • Reaching my limits and literally kicking a hole in the wall just to release the tension
  • Being stood up by my husband at a marriage conference (on Valentine’s weekend) and feeling humiliated, alone, and furious
  • Parenting “alone” while married, carrying the emotional, spiritual, and practical load for our family

But that’s not where the story ends.

God met me. He invited me to forgive when it felt impossible. He walked me through the hard, slow work of healing my past, confronting my anger, and choosing not to play the martyr or the victim—even when I could have.

Over time (years, not weeks):

  • My marriage was resurrected
  • Our family culture shifted from chaos and resentment to intention and vision
  • I began to see my kids doing life and relationships differently—and it brought me to tears

I wrote Resurrecting Motherhood: How to Conquer Your Past So Your Children Won’t Have To to share that journey. Now, through private coaching, I walk alongside women like you—especially those in hidden, high‑pressure roles—so you don’t have to navigate this alone.

I am direct, compassionate, and deeply familiar with both the mess and the miracle.
Your husband isn’t the enemy.
You are not crazy.
You’re a woman God loves, in a battle He wants to help you win.

Questions You May Have

Q1: Is this counseling or therapy?
A: No. This is Christ‑centered coaching. We’ll talk about your past, your patterns, and your pain, but my role is to coach, support, and equip you—not to diagnose or treat mental illness. If at any point I believe you need therapeutic or medical support, I will say so and, if possible, refer you.

Q2: Do you work with non‑Christian women?
A: My approach is unapologetically faith‑based and rooted in biblical principles. If you’re open to that, you’re welcome here—even if you feel distant from God right now.

Q3: Will my husband know what we talk about?
A: You are free to share what you choose with him, but I will not. Coaching sessions are confidential unless there is a safety concern.

Q4: Do I have to be a pastor’s wife or in ministry to work with you?
A: No. Many of my clients are in ministry or visible roles, but I also work with moms who simply need a private, trusted space to do this work.

Q5: I’m already stretched thin. What if I don’t have time for coaching?
A: That’s exactly why a focused, high‑support space can be so powerful. Sessions are scheduled at times that work for you, and the tools we practice are designed to fit into your real life as a mom, not add more pressure.
