Community Conduct Standards
Unity in Diversity
Our community brings together women from a variety of church backgrounds, life experiences, cultures, personalities, and seasons of motherhood. While our community is grounded in a Christian worldview, we recognize that faithful believers may hold different perspectives on many non-essential matters.
Our goal is not uniformity of opinion but unity in purpose. We are committed to creating a space where women can learn, grow, encourage one another, and engage respectfully despite their differences.
Members are expected to approach disagreements with humility, grace, and a willingness to listen. We value thoughtful conversation, but we do not permit arguments, personal attacks, or behavior that creates division within the community.
Community Conduct Standards
Our community exists to encourage, equip, and support mothers in a respectful, uplifting, and faith-centered environment. By participating in this community, members agree to uphold the following standards:
1. Treat Others with Respect
Every member deserves to be treated with kindness, dignity, and respect. Differences in parenting styles, life experiences, backgrounds, personalities, and perspectives are expected and welcomed. We may not always agree, but we will communicate with grace and consideration.
2. Assume Good Intent
When interacting with others, seek understanding before judgment. Give fellow members the benefit of the doubt and approach conversations with humility and compassion.
3. Maintain Confidentiality
Many members may share personal experiences, struggles, and victories. What is shared within the community should remain private unless explicit permission has been given to share it elsewhere.
4. Encourage Rather Than Criticize
Constructive feedback is welcome when requested and offered respectfully. Personal attacks, shaming, ridicule, gossip, hostility, or intentionally hurtful comments will not be tolerated.
5. Respect Different Journeys
Members may be at different stages of motherhood, faith, personal growth, and family life. Our goal is to support one another rather than compare, compete, or judge.
6. Keep Discussions Appropriate
Content shared within the community should be relevant to the purpose of the group and contribute positively to the experience of others. Content that is offensive, explicit, abusive, or intentionally divisive may be removed.
7. No Harassment or Discrimination
Harassment, threats, intimidation, bullying, hate speech, discrimination, or targeting individuals based on personal characteristics will not be permitted.
8. No Unsolicited Promotion or Solicitation
Members may not use the community primarily for advertising, recruiting, fundraising, or promoting products, services, events, or businesses without prior approval.
9. Personal Responsibility
Community discussions, mentoring conversations, and shared experiences are intended for educational and informational purposes only. Members remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and outcomes.
10. Follow Applicable Laws and Platform Rules
Members are expected to comply with all applicable laws as well as the rules and terms of any platform used by the community.
11. Moderator Discretion
To protect the health and safety of the community, moderators reserve the right to remove content, limit participation, or remove members whose behavior is inconsistent with these standards.
12. Lead with Grace
As a faith-centered community, we strive to extend grace, patience, encouragement, and understanding to one another. While perfection is not expected, a genuine commitment to respect and kindness is.
By participating in this community, members acknowledge and agree to abide by these Community Conduct Standards.
